All Winnig Bids will be charged to the card used for registration on Tuesday March 29, 2022. Winning Bidders will be emailed a PAID Invoice. It is up to the Winning Bidder to then contact us if arrangement with our Shipper of Choice, Fragile Pack, needs to be made. Otherwise, normal pick up dates and times apply. If a different form of payment is intended to be used, please let us know in the "Notes to The Auctioneer" when you register for our auction or contact us at a minimum of 24 hours before the close of bidding. Kentucky Sales Tax of 6% will be added to all purchases and the buyers premium.

Pick up for this auction will be on Wednesday February 9, 2022 from 9:00 AM EST till Noon and 1:00 PM EST till 4:30 PM EST and Thursday February 10, 2022 from 9:00 AM EST till Noon and 1:00 PM EST till 4:30 PM EST. If you are unable to make your pick up during this scheduled time, please let us know and we will attempt to work with you on a scheduled pick up time.
Shipping is available for this auction and will be handled through "Fragile Pack" in Louisville, Ky. All Paid Invoices that require shipping, will be taken to Fragile Pack on Friday February 11, 2022. Fragile Pack will conact winning bidders directly. If you have any questions about shipping or if you need a shipping quote, contact Fragile Pack at (502) 423-0000. Please have a brief description of the item, dimensions, and weight so they can provide an accurate quote. We will coordinate your shipping needs with Fragile Pack. All Shipping and Handling charges will be billed seperately and directly from Fragile Pack. Items will be released to Fragile Pack on the friday following the auction provided that the invoice from Hays Auctions & Appraisals is paid.
